  • Analyze market trends and translate customer pain points into technology requirements and subsystem concepts
  • Lead concept development for liquid‑cooling subsystems, including integration, thermal/flow performance, and manufacturability
  • Create system architectures, concept designs, and feasibility assessments for new cooling solutions
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and cross‑segment teams to ensure aligned, system‑level solutions
  • Provide technical input for proposals, design reviews, prototype development, and early‑stage opportunity qualification

What We're Looking For

  • Master’s degree or PhD (Bac +5 or Bac+7) in Mechanical Engineering, System Development, or Thermal/Fluid Sciences
  • 5+ years of experience in system or subsystem development (liquid cooling, thermal management, fluid conveyance, or similar)
  • Strong expertise in fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and thermal/fluid system design
  • Ability to develop system architectures, concept models, and early‑stage engineering analyses
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with customers
