The Impact You'll Make
As a Product Compliance Specialist at Danfoss, you help ensure that innovative, energy‑efficient solutions can be used safely and responsibly around the world. Your work enables products to reach global markets while meeting regulatory and customer expectations.
Based in Nordborg, Copenhagen or Neumünster, you work close to the heart of Danfoss while collaborating with colleagues across regions and functions. You translate complex regulations into clear, practical guidance that teams can act on with confidence.
By strengthening compliance early in the product lifecycle, you help protect trust in the Danfoss brand and support sustainable, long‑term growth.
What You’ll Be Doing

Strengthen our global product compliance framework to enable safe and compliant market access worldwide

Partner with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to embed compliance early in product development

Monitor global and local regulations (e.g. RoHS, REACH, EMC, UL, CE marking) and translate requirements into clear guidance

Train and advise colleagues on compliance topics to build awareness and shared ownership

Represent Danfoss in external working groups and networks to stay ahead of regulatory changes
What We're Looking For

Experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, or product safety, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment

Practical understanding of product safety and environmental regulations and how they apply to products

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to see the bigger picture

Clear communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across functions and cultures

Professional fluency in English, written and spoken
