As our Sr. Continuos Improvement Expert, you’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence across our operations. Your mission is to optimize processes, strengthen Lean culture, and ensure sustainable improvements that deliver measurable value to the business

Your impact? Increasing efficiency, reducing waste, improving productivity and quality, and elevating the experience of internal teams and stakeholders.

 

You’ll collaborate with functions and take ownership of key processes, helping us move toward a more efficient future.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead Lean / Six Sigma continuous improvement projects to reduce costs, optimize processes, create a 5s culture  and eliminate waste
  • Support operational teams through coaching, data analysis, structured problem-solving (A3, RCA), and process standardization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders on strategic productivity initiatives
  • Use your expertise in Lean, data analysis, automation, or digitalization to improve operations and decision-making
    Foster a continuous improvement culture, sharing best practices and strengthening team capabilities

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or process optimization, with proven results
• High analytical capability and strong command of CI tools, operational metrics, and problem solving methodologies
• Ability to work independently, across multifunctional teams, and within global environments
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills in both in person and remote settings
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement, systems thinking, and collaborative leadership
