As our Sr. Engineer, MT, you’ll play a key role in ensure a competitive production that serves our customer’s needs.

You’ll collaborate with functions and take ownership of key processes, helping us move toward a more  efficient future.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

    • Lead OEE performance and results through problem solving and projects in cross functional teams.
    • Lead Productivity improvement Projects and cost reduction projects.
    • Support the new technology and processes implementation. 
    • Participate in improvement of production related Cost, VC and OVC cost down activities  
    • Abroad knowledge and sue of problem-solving tools. Identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues within manufacturing processes & also customer complaints by using statistical tools like Six Sigma, Minitab, Pareto, etc.  

What We're Looking For

 

  • Min 5 yrs. experience in similar role, nice to have experience on welding, brazing, leak testing and automatic processes. 
    Fluent in English
    IATF 16949 
    Six sigma green or black belt (optional)
    Lean manufacturing (TPS)
