What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Lead the advancement of our pricing strategies across the Americas, fueling profitable growth and strengthening our position as a market leader.
  • Drive operational excellence by transforming pricing processes and advancing system capabilities across platforms such as SAP and Salesforce.
  • Lead and develop the regional pricing team, fostering a culture of expertise and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and monitor key pricing KPIs, transforming complex data into clear insights that highlight opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as a key strategic partner, collaborating across departments to solve complex challenges and align pricing initiatives with broader business goals.

What We're Looking For

 

We are looking for a candidate who brings:

 

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of relevant B2B industry experience, with demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise systems, with strong knowledge of SAP and Salesforce, is considered an advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • A results-oriented and collaborative mindset, with excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
 
The range for this position is $145,000 to $160,000.
