What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, develop, and optimize robust manufacturing processes for both new and existing products, ensuring stability, consistency, and world-class quality.
- Drive our cost-reduction strategy by identifying and implementing value-added activities, process improvements, and innovative manufacturing methodologies.
- Act as a key technical leader on the shop floor, applying your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and ensure machinery runs at rate and within specifications.
- Champion a culture of safety and continuous improvement, leading initiatives and mentoring teams to reinforce best practices across the facility.
- Collaborate closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Project Management teams to ensure seamless execution from design to production.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a metalworking or machining environment.
- Proficiency in mechanical design using CAD software and a strong understanding of GD&T.
- Hands-on experience with CNC programming.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to hold technical conversations with customers, suppliers, and global peers.
