As our Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll play a key role in developing, optimizing, and standardizing manufacturing processes to ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-effective production.

You’ll collaborate closely with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams, taking ownership of manufacturing process improvements, APQP, Pro-launch activities, and lean implementation—helping us move toward a more efficient and innovative future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead manufacturing process improvements to ensure product quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Support new product introductions and APQP/Pro-launch activities, ensuring engineering requirements are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing and quality issues using structured problem-solving methods.
- Use your skills in lean manufacturing tools (DBS, VSM, 5S, Poka-Yoke) to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
- Continuously learn and share knowledge to enhance how we innovate and operate.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering and several years of manufacturing experience (automotive preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with quality tools such as SPC, PFMEA, capability studies, and root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in tools such as SAP, Excel, AutoCAD, and Minitab.
- Advanced English communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams.
