The Impact You'll Make

The role is responsible for demand planning and creating the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and managing service and inventory level(s) for CN business. In addition, the Planner is the liaison for both Sales and production site to the manufacturing operations to address supply and resolve customer service issues.

What You’ll Be Doing

Customer demand management:
Receive, validate customer demand forecast/orders by using data analysic methodological,tools&models.
Work together with sales and other internal&external stakeholders on customer forecast to avoid shortages or excess inventory and monitor order intake vs forecast to improve forecast accuracy. 
Establish, monitor and maintain effective process to proceed forecast input and demand planning in the SAP system,together with other company's process and digital tools.  
Supply management & sales order management:  
Convert demand into supply plan considering capacity and material. 
Schedule Master production plan (MPS)
Confirm sales order by ATP check with considering capacity and material planning. 
Demand process opimization and inventory control: 
Lead monthly SI&OP meeting with sales and other stakeholders to improve information transparency and forecast accuracy. 
Involve in and act as a key person with Gloal SI&OP. 
Regular review/update SAP parameters to ensure smooth demand planning&MPS.  
Regular review FG, monthly forecast/report FG inventory level and define actions to reach inventory target. 
Regular review obsolete/slow moving stock, to avoid scrapping risk by optimizing demand planning process. 
Define and review different supply chain strategies based on different material category.  
Participate in relevant supply chain opimization projects.
Other tasks assiged by the manager.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor degree, major in business, logistics, supply chain management, or statistics is preferred 
Minimum 5 years working experience in supply chain planning role, especially demand planning & production planning Electronics or automative industry is preferred
Good analytic and communication skills
Good knowledge & skill for SAP, S4 experience is preferred
Good written and Oral English
