What You’ll Be Doing

Drive quality improvements in production to stabilize processes and reduce scrap and rework.

Ensure quality systems and standards are implemented and followed across the manufacturing unit.

Protect customers by leading and supporting structured problem-solving for internal and external quality issues.

Use fact-based data analysis to prioritize and execute quality improvement projects.

Prevent non-conforming products from reaching the market by ensuring compliance with customer requirements and quality processes.
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of experience working as a Quality Engineer or in a similar quality role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, standards, and customer-specific requirements.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis to support quality decisions and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of APQP and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Advanced English
