As our Global Talent Mobility Student Assistant, you’ll play a key role in enabling smooth, consistent, and engaging global employee mobility experiences across Danfoss.
Your impact? You will help ensure that employees, managers, and HR stakeholders across the world can easily understand and navigate Global Talent Mobility policies and processes. By turning complex topics into clear and engaging communication, you will help improve the employee experience and strengthen global HR operations.
You’ll collaborate closely with HR colleagues across the organization, taking ownership of communication materials, stakeholder engagement content, and administrative processes that support international employee assignments.
You will be working from our office in the heart of Copenhagen or at Headquarters in Nordborg. Working hours will be planned according to your studies. We do, however, expect that you can work approximately 15-20 hours per week with fewer hours during exams.
What You’ll Be Doing

Support Global Talent Mobility communication by creating clear, engaging, and user-friendly materials such as guides, knowledge base articles, and presentations

Translate Global Talent Mobility policies and processes into accessible content for employees, managers, and HR stakeholders globally

Collaborate with external vendors to support service initiation processes and develop stakeholder guidance materials

Maintain and update internal Global Talent Mobility records to ensure accuracy and consistency of information

Contribute to ongoing Global Talent Mobility projects and initiatives focused on improving processes and employee experience
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in their Bachelor’s or Master’s studies in Communication, Marketing, Business, Human Resources, with at least one year left of their studies.
Beyond your studies, we imagine you bring:

Interest in Global Talent Mobility, HR, and international work environments

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a global team environment

Structured, proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement

Advanced skills in PowerPoint and/or communication and design tools are considered an advantage
