We are seeking a motivated and creative student worker to join the team supporting our Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). You will work closely with the Group HR communication and strategy colleagues to support key projects and change the way we communicate. What You’ll Be Doing
Your role and impact will be to support strategic HR projects and communication initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Transforming complex data and ideas into professional, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of town halls and events.
- Conducting analysis and research to inform our HR strategies and solutions.
- Collaborating with colleagues in our global Centers of Excellence on a variety of specialized tasks.
- Tackling diverse ad-hoc assignments that will expand your professional toolkit and experience.

Key qualifications

You are currently enrolled in a relevant university degree, preferably in the final year of your bachelor's or early in your master's program.

You are proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.

You are available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week. We are located at our headquarters in Nordborg and offer a flexible work setup, especially around exam periods.
