We are looking for a Student Worker to join our Specialty Business Unit team in Copenhagen.

The Specialty Business Unit focuses on solving complex fluid conveyance and connection challenges across a wide range of industries.


This position offer you take on a strategic student role at the intersection of business, people, and transformation within Danfoss Power Solutions. Embedded in the Specialty Business Unit, you’ll support how leaders collaborate, communicate, and move key initiatives forward in a global environment.


Your work will help create structure and clarity across a leadership team operating in complex, mission‑critical markets. By enabling effective follow‑up, communication, and data insights, you’ll directly support better decision‑making and execution across the business.


This role gives you a front‑row seat to how a global industrial business operates—combining strategy, HR, and real business impact from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Coordinate strategic and HR initiatives across the business unit to ensure progress, alignment, and clear follow‑up
  • Support townhalls, leadership meetings, and internal events to strengthen communication and engagement
  • Prepare and refine presentations and communication material that enable leaders to share updates and drive change
  • Conduct research, analysis, and data tracking to support transparency and informed decision‑making
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad‑hoc projects across functions, bringing structure to a dynamic agenda

What We're Looking For

 

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in business, communication, strategy, organizational studies, or data analytics, with at least one year left of your studies
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple tasks in a structured way
  • Confidence using PowerPoint and Excel, including basic data handling and analysis
  • Comfort collaborating in an international Environment
  • Great communication skills in English
