You will help turn data into real business decisions. From day one, your work will support teams in understanding performance, solving problems, and acting on insights that matter while working from our Kolding offices (approx. 15 hours/week).

You will be part of an analytics team working with Databricks, Power BI, and modern data tools. You will not just observe, you will contribute, learn the data landscape, and help improve how data is collected, validated, and used across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that make data easy to understand and act on.

• Turn business questions into clear, structured analyses that support better decision-making. 

• Perform data validation and quality checks, ensuring accuracy and trust in the data.

• Support ad-hoc analysis and troubleshooting, helping teams solve real business challenges.

• Explore AI-driven analytics approaches, including natural language querying and machine learning.

What We're Looking For

• You are studying economics, data science, engineering, or a related field.
• You bring strong analytical thinking and can translate business needs into data insights.
• You have basic skills in Python, PySpark, or SQL for working with and transforming data.
• You understand or are interested in data quality, validation, and data structures.
• You are familiar with or curious about Databricks, Power BI, and AI-powered analytics tools.
