If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a student to join our Group Risk & Compliance team! As our Student Worker, you will play a key role in helping us manage and mitigate compliance risks throughout our organization. You take ownership of day-to-day communication, due diligence processes, related tools and continuous improvement initiatives while working with colleagues globally.

What You’ll Be Doing
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Conducting due diligence: Research and evaluate customers, partners and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to our internal policies and external regulations.
- Managing shared mailbox: Overseeing and organizing the Compliance team’s shared mailbox, ensuring prompt and accurate communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting manual and training updates: Aiding the maintenance and revision of internal manuals and training materials, ensuring they remain up to date with the latest regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Ad hoc tasks: Run and provide support on various projects and tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the team.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this student position, you have a strong interest in compliance and are motivated to apply your analytical discipline to navigating today’s complex geopolitical landscape. We believe that strong compliance outcomes are created through interdisciplinary collaboration.
To be considered for the role we expect you to:
- Currently in the final year of a relevant bachelor’s program or the early stage of a master’s program in areas such as Business Administration, Law, or Social Sciences.
- Possess strong analytical skills and attention to details.
- Have excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong IT-skills (ability to use Microsoft Office tools, knowledge in SAP is a plus.
- Be proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- While experience in compliance is a plus, it is not required.
This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 15 hours per week, with an immediate start preferred.
