You will work closely with the Postgraduate Program Manager throughout every stage of the program - from Employer Branding and Recruitment to development activities - while collaborating with global stakeholders across the lifecycle to ensure smooth coordination and execution.
Location: Nordborg, Denmark.
What You’ll Be Doing
As Student Worker – PGP Support, you will:
- Supporting key moments in the PGP lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, rotations, and offboarding
- Create and maintain documentation, presentations, and SharePoint content
- Support planning and delivery of PGP events and workshops
- Handle coordination and ad hoc tasks that help keep the program running smoothly and continuously improving.
Your student worker contract of up to 20 hours per week offers flexibility to combine your studies with practical experience and real‑world insights in a global organization.
What We're Looking For
Your specific educational background is not crucial. What matters most is your interest in early‑career talent programs and your curiosity to learn through hands‑on experience.
Additionally, we would like to see:
- Interest in working with attracting early talent and global programs
- A proactive and structured approach to work
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Confidence working with PowerPoint and SharePoint (HR systems experience is a plus)
