The Impact You'll Make

You will help shape how a global R&D organization improves, measures, and delivers innovation. In this role, you will make performance visible and actionable across a team of 200+ colleagues working on future cooling and refrigeration solutions. 

You will work closely with experienced engineers and specialists, gaining hands-on exposure to how data drives better decisions in product development. Your insights and visualizations will directly support smarter, faster innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Turn data into clear insights by building and improving performance dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives that help R&D teams work smarter and more efficiently.

• Analyze R&D data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for better performance.

• Help maintain performance tracking systems used across a global organization.

• Provide hands-on support with project coordination and administrative tasks in ongoing R&D activities.

What We're Looking For

• You’re currently studying engineering, business administration, data science, IT, or similar.

• You have strong skills in Excel and a good understanding of data analysis (Power BI and SharePoint are a plus)

• You’re comfortable working with data and enjoy solving problems and spotting patterns.

• You communicate clearly and enjoy working both independently and in teams.

• You can work 10–15 hours per week, with regular on-site presence in Kolding, and are ready to start soon.
