We are growing our Danfoss Business System (DBS) Capability and Methodology team and looking for a motivated Student Worker to join. The team is responsible for setting the direction for capability building for more than 40,000 Danfoss employees, we develop best-in-class training material and state-of-the-art learning offerings across the core pillars of our business: Factory Performance (SQCDI), Product Life Cycle Management, Salaried Productivity.

 

To ensure our methods and tools are world-class, we are searching for a creative and tech-savvy student to join us on this journey.

 

Location: Nordborg, Copenhagen, or Kolding.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Student Worker, you will be a key contributor to our learning content. Your primary focus will be to support the creation of practical, engaging, and effective learning experiences that drive tangible business results. You will support the team in developing and deploying our learning offerings and help shape the digital presence of our academy.

 

More specifically, you will help us create an impact by:

  • Creating high-quality, engaging training materials, including e-learnings and videos, using AI-powered tools.
  • Supporting the design and development of our team's SharePoint/ Danfoss intranet page to ensure a user-friendly and effective digital learning environment.
  • Assisting in the creation of materials for interactive and hands-on training sessions.
  • Helping to draft and refine training materials to ensure they are clear, logical, and easy to follow 

 

What We're Looking For

To be considered for this position, you should be currently enrolled in a relevant field of study and have a passion for learning, technology, and design. You are creative, eager to learn, and can work independently on assigned tasks.

 

Furthermore, you possess a strong combination of the following competencies:

  • Creative and Detail-Oriented: A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, especially in visual design.
  • Digital Savvy: A strong interest in and knowhow of digital tools, including an aptitude for learning and using AI tools for video and content creation.
  • PowerPoint Proficiency: Strong skills in PowerPoint design to create visually appealing presentations and training materials.
  • Collaborative Team-Player: A performance-driven and result-oriented team-player with an intrapreneurial and improvement-driven mindset.
  • Communication: Fluent in English, in both speaking and writing.
