The Impact You'll Make
As a Student Worker in our Product Management team, you will take ownership of a real business area: brake resistors. Your work will help simplify our product portfolio, improve how we work with suppliers, and make it easier for sales and customers to buy and use our products.
This is not a shadowing role. You will work hands‑on with real products, real stakeholders, and real decisions — and your contributions will create visible results across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
During your 6–8 months with us, you will:
- Take ownership of the brake resistor business area and drive simplification initiatives
- Analyse the existing product portfolio and identify opportunities to reduce complexity
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Product Support, Supply Chain, and Sales
- Engage directly with suppliers to improve buying and delivery setups
- Support the development of a simple and user‑friendly buying tool for sales and customers
What We're Looking For
- You are a student within engineering, business, or a similar field
- Curious, analytical, and motivated by solving real problems
- Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
- Interested in products, business flows, and customer needs
No previous product management experience is required — we’ll help you learn along the way.
