The Impact You'll Make

As a Student Worker you will help ensure that product compliance data is accurate, transparent, and ready to support real climate action. Your work directly contributes to how Danfoss documents and delivers on its sustainability and ESG commitments, making a measurable difference in reducing environmental impact.

You will join a specialized Product Compliance team, working at the intersection of data, regulation, and sustainability. Here, data meets purpose, and your work helps enable decisions that support the EU Green Deal and global decarbonization goals.

This is a hands-on student role where you’ll gain real experience in data management, compliance, and digital transformation, while collaborating across engineering, sustainability, and compliance functions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and maintain high-quality product compliance data, including chemical compliance (e.g., REACH, RoHS)

  • Verify and implement data in IT systems (e.g., SAP or similar databases), ensuring accuracy and consistency.

  • Support external reporting and ESG documentation, helping meet regulatory requirements.

  • Respond to customer inquiries on compliance and sustainability, contributing to transparency and trust.

  • Create data overviews and tracking tools (Excel-based) to monitor progress and improve efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • You are currently studying (or just started) a Master’s within chemical engineering, sustainability, or a related field.

  • You enjoy working with data, structure, and quality, and have strong analytical skills.

  • You have solid Excel skills and are comfortable working with IT systems (e.g., SAP, databases)

  • You work in a structured, proactive, and detail-oriented way, and deliver on time.

  • You communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.

You can expect a flexible student job (10–15 hours/week) that adapts to your studies, with understanding during exam periods. You’ll be part of a collaborative and cross-functional environment, where your work connects directly to real business decisions and sustainability outcomes.

What You'll Get from Us

  • We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.

  • You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.

  • We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected and valued for who they are.

  • You’ll receive benefits like annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re great.
