As a Production Supervisor, you will lead daily operations on the shop floor, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
By empowering your team and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you will play a key role in achieving SQCD (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets and strengthening operational excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Taking ownership of daily production operations and ensuring targets are met safely, efficiently, and with consistent quality
• Leading, coaching, and developing the production team to build engagement and a growth mindset
• Optimizing the use of resources (people, machines, materials) while minimizing downtime
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards and addressing issues proactively
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen) in collaboration with cross-functional teams
What We're Looking For
• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related)
• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality/problem-solving tools (e.g., 8D, PFMEA)
• Very good Polish and communicative English
• Leadership and communication skills with a continuous improvement mindset
