Your mission will be to ensure that every supplier and product is ready to exceed the highest quality standards, driving continuous improvements and building strong relationships that benefit our customers and the planet.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive the APQP and PPAP processes to ensure products and suppliers are fully prepared for successful launches, learning from each stage to continuously raise quality standards.
- Lead and develop the process of qualifying new suppliers prior to sourcing — assessing eligibility, quality risks, and compliance with IATF-16949, while fostering supplier capabilities in traceability, material control, and workforce training.
- Monitor and learn from supplier quality performance through established KPIs, using insights to drive meaningful improvements and consistently meet or exceed ambitious targets.
- Apply and share problem-solving methodologies, working side-by-side with suppliers to co-create solutions and continuously enhance process and product quality.
- Design and refine inspection plans by part number, focusing on key characteristics, and adapt incoming inspection and skip-lot plans to reflect lessons learned and evolving needs.
What We're Looking For
- We value 3 to 5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer
- bilingual proficiency
- completed university degree.
