You’ll work closely with suppliers and internal teams to drive continuous improvements, solve quality challenges, and strengthen supplier performance. Your expertise will help us maintain a zero defect mindset and build lasting partnerships that support our sustainability and growth goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Manage supplier complaints using the 8D methodology to ensure effective resolution and prevent recurrence
  • Lead and facilitate the PPAP process for your supplier portfolio, ensuring smooth approvals and compliance
  • Monitor, develop, and audit suppliers to drive continuous improvements in quality and performance
  • Coordinate incoming inspection processes, focusing on material quality and supplier deviations
  • Support new product development projects with a focus on supplier quality and change control processes

What We're Looking For

 

  • Proven experience in supplier quality, including PPAP, D/PFMEA, MSA, control plans, SOP, and 8D
  • Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and apply measurement principles
  • Hands on experience managing supplier complaints, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949 audit processes is an advantage, along with fluent English skills (Danish is a plus)
  • Structured, detail oriented mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and flexibility to take on additional tasks during peak periods
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience from a similar position or related quality position
