As our Supply Chain Manager, you’ll play a key role in optimising our supply chain for maximum efficiency and ensuring the seamless availability of our products.

Your impact? You will create a highly efficient, cost-effective, and resilient supply chain. Your leadership will ensure our products are always available for our customers, directly contributing to business growth and customer satisfaction, all while fostering a motivated and high-performing team.

You’ll collaborate with our sales, warehouse, and global supply chain teams, taking ownership of the end-to-end supply chain strategy—from demand forecasting and inventory management to supplier relationships and team leadership—helping us move toward a more efficient and innovative future.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Team Leadership & Development: Focus on developing and motivating the team by setting objectives, managing recruitment and performance, and ensuring full resource utilization.
  • Strategic Supply Chain Management: Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve performance, reduce costs, and manage relationships with key suppliers.
  • Forecasting and Inventory Control: Coordinate with the sales team to forecast demand, create supply plans, and manage purchasing and inventory to ensure product availability.
  • Process Optimisation and Risk Mitigation: Implement new technologies to streamline processes, manage supply chain risks, and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Compliance and Relationship Building: Ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards, maintain accurate records, and cultivate effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing robust supply chain, planning, and procurement processes.
  • A strategic thinker with the demonstrated ability to autonomously manage complex issues and drive effective resolutions.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced skills in Excel for analysis and reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of material planning principles and inventory management best practices.
  • Strong understanding of relevant Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) legislation.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management standards.
