Danfoss by DEVI is currently seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you’ll not only manage daily operations but also bring a continuous improvement mindset. You’ll work closely with our external suppliers to ensure the right materials are available at the right time, and that every purchasing decision is aligned with actual business needs. In our collaborative Team, you will also support other team members, so you will have a chance to work closely with our factory as well as support Customer Service and Sales Teams. You’ll analyse current demands, plan activities and help to keep the supply chain running smoothly and efficiently. With tools like SAP and other digital systems, you’ll turn tactical planning data and numbers into execution.

The job shall be hybrid in one of our offices - in Poland (Grodzisk Mazowiecki) or in Bulgaria (Sofia).

What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan smart to act early to ensure the right materials are where and when they need to be.
- Take ownership of material master data, ensuring everything is up-to-date, clean, and ready to support daily operations.
- Keep a close eye on purchasing KPIs, making sure delivery performance and inventory levels stay on target.
- Look ahead to anticipate material needs by past trends, demand signals, and feedback colleagues around.
- Work closely with external suppliers and across other functions in our organisation to secure product availability and focus on problem solving.
- Support smooth product phase-in and phase-out process, keeping supply aligned with business evolution.
What We're Looking For
- Master Degree in in logistics, economics, international relations, sales or other relevant areas.
- Experience in similar roles, gained in international environments, preferably in supply chain and continuous improvement approach in daily operations.
- Understanding demand forecasting, optimizing inventory management, with a focus on efficient procurement.
- Solid experience with SAP, specifically with MM (Material Management), P2Q (procure to pay) modules are an advantage.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, with ability to create detailed reports, data visualizations for decision-making and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent communication skills, data-driven decision-making ability, strong problem-solving mindset, and a collaborative approach with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English language, both written and spoken and in local language – Polish or Bulgarian (depending on the location).
