As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring reliable delivery of hydraulic motor solutions from our Nordborg factory to customers around the world. By strengthening end-to-end supply chain performance, you directly impact customer satisfaction, delivery precision, and cost efficiency.


In this role, you act as a central connector between operations, procurement, sales, and global supply chain teams. Your work turns data into clear decisions and ensures transparency across the supply chain.


By driving continuous improvements and supporting major transformations, including ERP and footprint changes, you help future-proof our end-to-end supply chain.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Own the local SIOP process, translating demand and supply insights into clear decisions that secure delivery reliability and inventory balance.
  • Analyze end-to-end supply chain performance to identify actions that improve service level, inventory, and logistics cost.
  • Lead and support supplier logistics and consignment stock setups, including implementation and improvement projects with external partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen supply chain processes, tools, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Coordinate and deliver accurate yearly inventory counts and KPI reporting, ensuring transparency toward finance and external auditors

What We're Looking For

 

  • Experience working with SIOP or demand and supply planning in a manufacturing environment.
  • Solid practical supply chain experience from production planning, sales analysis, or similar roles.
  • Great analytical skills and confidence working with ERP systems and data tools to support fact-based decisions.
  • Ability to communicate effortlessly in English and work cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and sales teams.
  • An educational background in logistics, supply chain, operations management, or a related field.
