We now have an opportunity to recruit a Supply Chain Specialist to join our Global Fulfilment Team, and help us to drive best-in-class segmentation to our factories and distribution sites and meet our customer expectations and delivery performance goals.  You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with with local teams with different global functions and our manufacturing plants, utilising your skills in tools such as SAP, Anaplan, BI and other analytics to help to implement, facilitate, and improve our inventory dashboards and processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Supply Chain Specialist you will:

  • Lead segmentation rollout across CT sites
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Plant Supply Chain Managers, Procurement, Divisional Sales and Global Sales & Marketing peers to gather information on key constraints
  • Be a Superuser of Anaplan and/or SAP
  • Be a key player in the supply chain excellence journey helping implement, facilitate, and improve our on-time delivery and  inventory processes
  • Drive projects to deliver excellent service to our customers (internal and external)
  • Coordinate with distribution sites on key performance metrics and idea generation for improvement actions
  • Extract and analyze data in alignment with business needs; develop and continuously improve analytics capabilities of the team.
  • Process maintenance with regular meetings to drive improvements (Lead time, segmentation etc.)
  • Analyze data in alignment with the assigned Supply Chain Manager; develops and continuously improves organizational capabilities of the team
  • Be a key player in the supply chain excellence journey helping implement, facilitate, and improve our processes and KPI reporting
  • Lead competencies such as analytical, networking & communication skills and be encouraged to bring in own ideas.
  • Help to bridge the gap between IT, Shared Services and the Business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field alongside demonstrable relevant experience
  • Extensive analytical skills and affinity for data manipulation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate and network across functions, countries, and hierarchies
  • Independent work style and proactive, positive attitude
  • Curiosity and open-mindedness, challenging the status quo and considering outside-the-box approaches
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office, including advanced Excel skills (incl. Power Query)
  • Experienced with SAP, SAP HANA, Anaplan and preferably in Power BI
  • Excellent English language skills
