The Impact You'll Make
As our new Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a key role in running and improving our SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) processes — ensuring we balance demand, supply, and inventory to deliver reliably to our customers.
You will connect market insights with operational execution, turning data into decisions that improve forecast accuracy, optimize inventory, and support business growth.
You’ll join a team where you gain broad exposure across the end-to-end supply chain, from strategic planning to daily operations — while building a strong foundation for your future career.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Drive and continuously improve SIOP processes across demand, supply, and inventory to strengthen decision-making
• Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to challenge forecasts and translate market insights into actionable plans
• Optimize inventory and planning parameters to balance service level, cost, and cash flow
• Support operational planning activities and resolve day-to-day challenges in close collaboration with the factory
• Contribute to digital and process improvements, including planning tools such as SAP IBP
What We're Looking For
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into insights and actions
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive improvements
• Interest or experience in supply chain planning, SIOP/S&OP, or manufacturing environments
• Confidence to collaborate with stakeholders and challenge assumptions constructively
