聚焦竞品技术对标与系统应用场景,通过专业的性能分析、需求转化与验证策划,为变频器产品定义清晰的技术规格与验收标准,确保产品在性能、可靠性、成本维度精准匹配市场需求,支撑研发高效决策与高质量交付。

What You’ll Be Doing

1.竞品技术对标与性能分析
性能拆解:主导竞品关键性能测试与参数对标
技术洞察:拆解竞品技术路线(拓扑方案、控制策略、器件选型),输出《竞品技术对标分析报告》,明确我方产品的差距、优势与差异化机会
决策支撑:为产品立项、技术选型、成本优化提供数据支撑,确保竞品分析成果有效转化为设计输入
2.系统应用需求定义
场景洞察:联合产品/市场团队,深入理解终端应用场景(风机水泵、空压机等)的工艺逻辑与痛点
需求转化:将模糊的市场需求/客户痛点转化为可量化、可测试的技术规格
3.测试策略与验证策划
验收标准定义:将系统需求转化为可验证的测试用例,明确"通过/失败"的量化阈值与测试条件
测试策略策划:协同测试团队制定《系统级测试策略》
问题闭环协同:参与测试问题分析,区分"需求缺陷"与"实现缺陷",推动设计优化与需求迭代
4.跨团队技术协同与知识沉淀
技术桥梁:向硬件/软件/测试团队清晰传递系统级约束条件与优先级,减少接口模糊与返工
赋能支持:支持售前/售后团队解决客户技术疑问,输出标准化竞品对比素材与技术应答手册
资产沉淀:持续优化需求模板、对标框架、测试用例库,推动系统需求方法论的资产化复用

What We're Looking For

教育背景:电力电子、电气工程、自动化、控制科学与工程等相关专业,本科及以上学历
行业经验:5年以上变频器、伺服驱动、电力转换类产品开发/测试/应用经验,至少2年深度参与系统级需求分析或技术对标工作
技术基础:
熟悉异步电机/永磁同步电机数学模型与控制原理(V/F、矢量控制)
掌握变频器关键性能测试方法(效率、动态响应、EMC预测试等)
了解主回路拓扑、功率器件选型、热设计等基本工程知识
文档能力:具备专业技术文档撰写能力,能独立完成规格书、分析报告、评审材料
语言能力:英语读写良好,可阅读海外竞品资料、技术标准与专利文献
软性能力
系统思维:能从整机/系统视角理解技术约束,具备多目标权衡(性能/成本/交期)的决策意识
沟通协调:能跨专业推动需求共识,避免"传声筒"式协作,具备技术影响力
数据敏感:善于从测试数据、竞品参数、客户反馈中提炼技术洞察与改进机会
工程务实:关注可制造性、可维护性、供应链可行性,避免过度设计
