As our Intern – Talent Acquisition (Corporate Functions), you’ll play a key role in supporting Danfoss’s mission to attract and engage top talent across our global organisation.

Your impact? You’ll help ensure a smooth and professional recruitment process, making it easier for candidates to join our diverse and inclusive team. Through your contributions, you’ll enable our Talent Acquisition function to operate efficiently, connect with the right people, and strengthen our employer brand.

You’ll collaborate with experienced HR professionals across regions, taking ownership of administrative and sourcing tasks, and gaining valuable real-world experience in a global, learning-focused, and people-driven environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support candidate sourcing efforts to identify and engage potential talent.
  • Assist with screening processes and maintain clear, professional communication with candidates.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Maintain and update recruitment data, reports, and candidate files.
  • Coordinate background checks and medical exams in line with internal processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in a university program with at least one year left before graduation.
  • Advanced English skills (B2, C1, or C2 conversational level).
  • Interest in HR, recruitment, and people processes; previous experience is a plus but not required.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple administrative tasks effectively.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
