Danfoss is currently looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global Talent Acquisition team, supporting all recruitment activities in Danfoss Power Solutions. Our team’s clear focus is on attracting and recruiting the best talents in the market for our business
As our new Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes from hourly to white collar in close cooperation with hiring managers and other stakeholders. Whilst you will have a focus on Denmark, global recruitments within Danfoss Power Solutions will be shared within the team.
The job is mainly based at our headquarters in Nordborg, with the flexibility to work from home as part of a hybrid setup.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your mission as a Talent Acquisition Partner will be to support our business goals through both strategic and operational recruitment activities.
Key tasks and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their talent needs and provide expert guidance throughout the end-to-end recruitment processes for blue collar and white collar positions, including active sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding them in attracting and selecting a diverse and high-performing pipeline while ensuring an inclusive and engaging candidate experience
• Ensure that our recruitment efforts are aligned with both local and global strategies, while promoting Danfoss as an inclusive and desirable employer
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines for critical roles
• Actively contribute to Danfoss’ global talent acquisition initiatives, collaborating across teams to share best practices and ensure alignment with our global priorities
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a collaborative and dedicated Talent Acquisition professional with a proactive mindset to complete our international team. You have the ability to anticipate business needs and deliver innovative solutions.
Following qualifications are needed:
• University degree or a comparable qualification in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a global, technology-focused, or matrixed environment
• Full professional proficiency in Danish and English are required
• Skills in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates using modern recruitment tools and methods
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cultures and organizational levels
