We are searching for you in our locations in Graasten or Kolding in a hybrid role. 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and translate them into clear, effective hiring strategies
  • Own end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer, ensuring quality, speed, and a positive candidate experience
  • Build talent pipelines through proactive and creative sourcing for critical and hard-to-fill roles
  • Advise and challenge stakeholders to support inclusive, fair, and data-driven hiring decisions
  • Collaborate globally with Talent Acquisition colleagues to share best practices and support global initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a global or matrixed environment
  • Strong capability in sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates using modern recruitment tools
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes while maintaining high quality and strong stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across cultures and seniority levels
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Danish
