The Impact You'll Make

We have an immediate opening for a 2nd shift Team Coordinator to join our diverse team in Easley, SC. The Team Coordinator is a production role that provides leadership within a work area. This position involves guiding Operators on job tasks, completing tracking metrics, reporting causes of deviations, and engaging in problem-solving activities. The Team Coordinator will progressively lead and support production across all areas.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Understands and can explain the 8 types of Waste and 10 Lean Principles  
  • Should motivate and support employees throughout the day keep teams informed of production expectations.

  • Facilitate RCPS board meetings and follow-up on open JDI and 4-Steps to resolve them and close in timely fashion.  

  • Train operators in work practices and standard work. Ensure cross-training is conducted to enable worker flexibility.

  • Work with full-time trainers to raise skill sets of work force 

What We're Looking For

  • High School diploma or GED. Proficient in basic mathematics.
  • Must possess the skills and knowledge to perform all tasks within the area.
  • Computer proficiency: SAP, Microsoft Office.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a fact-based approach.
  • Capable of instructing co-workers in fundamental problem-solving techniques.
