As our new Technical Support Assistant, you will provide support to end customers across our operations, resolving technical questions, commissioning Danfoss products for different applications, and supporting warranty processes.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our end customers by:
- Finding solutions to technical questions and application-related issues
- Handling warranty processes and product allocation for use in Brazil
- Ensuring the best possible customer service experience
What We're Looking For
- Product warranty processes
- Product code extension processes for use in Brazil
- Phone and email support to end customers and the internal sales team
- Review of technical documents and manuals
- Organization of the work environment
