You will be a trusted technical expert for customers using Danfoss drives, helping them keep critical applications running safely, efficiently, and reliably. Your work directly supports customers across Finland and the Baltic region, where fast, high‑quality technical support truly makes a difference.
By combining strong technical knowledge with a customer-first mindset, you help build long-term partnerships and strengthen Danfoss’ reputation as a reliable and knowledgeable drives partner.
You will also play a key role in spreading expertise both internally and externally by supporting learning, training, and adoption of new drive technologies as our portfolio continues to evolve.
Position is located in Vaasa or Tampere, Finland
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide technical support by phone and email to customers and service partners, helping them solve drive-related issues efficiently.
- Support Vacon® and VLT® frequency converters, ensuring reliable operation across a wide range of applications.
- Continuously build and update your technical knowledge as new products, features, and technologies are introduced.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and partners to ensure a consistent, high-quality support experience.
What We're Looking For
- Basic hands-on knowledge of variable speed drives / frequency converters or a strong technical foundation to build on.
- Fluency in Finnish and English, enabling clear communication with customers and partners.
- A structured and responsible working style, with the ability to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion.
- A customer-oriented mindset and openness to teamwork in a supportive, skilled environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits and training delivery within Finland.
