As our Technician, Occupational Safety, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a safe, healthy, and legally compliant work environment. Your work will directly contribute to accident prevention, employee well-being, and the sustainable operation of our business.

Your impact? You will help reduce workplace risks and incidents, strengthen a strong safety culture, and ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations—creating safer conditions for employees and supporting reliable, efficient operations.

You’ll collaborate closely with operational and administrative teams, managers, and leaders, taking ownership of safety programs, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives that move us toward a safer and more sustainable future.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Implement and monitor Occupational Health and Safety programs in line with legal requirements and internal standards.

  • Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments, and propose improvements to safety processes.

  • Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and define preventive and corrective action plans.

  • Support and deliver safety training sessions and awareness initiatives for employees and leaders.

  • Maintain safety documentation and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

What We're Looking For

  • A completed technical degree in Occupational Safety with an active professional registration.

  • Experience in Occupational Health and Safety, preferably in industrial or operational environments.

  • Solid knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations and applicable legislation.

  • Ability to deliver training sessions and provide practical, hands-on guidance to teams.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills, a high sense of responsibility, and intermediate English.
