The Impact You'll Make
As our Test Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality, safety, and reliability of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and power electronic products used in industrial applications. Your work will help verify that products perform as designed and meet both technical and safety standards before reaching customers.
Your impact? By executing thorough testing and defect identification, you’ll help deliver high‑quality, reliable, and safe products with fewer field issues. Successful testing will improve product robustness, reduce rework and failures, and increase customer confidence—benefiting engineering teams, manufacturing, and end users who rely on stable and efficient drive systems.
You’ll collaborate closely with development, quality, and product engineering teams, and take ownership of test execution, defect management, and validation activities, helping us move toward a more efficient, quality‑driven, and reliable product development future.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Validating products against technical specifications, electrical standards, and safety requirementsWorking safely with low and medium voltage industrial systems during test execution and troubleshooting
- Analyzing and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams to develop effective test scenariosUsing diagnostic equipment such as power analyzers, multimeters, and oscilloscopes to identify faults and performance issues
- Documenting test results and clearly reporting defects, observations, and improvement recommendationsManaging defects and test activities using test and defect management tools such as Polarion or similar systems
- Applying formal test engineering techniques aligned with SDLC best practicesCollaborating with development, quality, and product teams to support issue resolution and continuous improvement
- Participating in Agile/Scrum activities and contributing to efficient delivery of high‑quality products
What We're Looking For
