The Impact You'll Make

As a Trade Compliance Analyst at Danfoss Querétaro , you will play a crucial role in ensuring legal and operative compliance with Mexican authority requirements. Your expertise will guide daily import/export operations, accounting, and compliance related to IMMEX and certifications. You will support the site with legal procedures aligned with operative actions, ensuring that all activities are in compliance with the Quality Management System (ISO-9001 and IATF16949) and the strategic direction of the organization. What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Manage daily import/export operations and ensure compliance with IMMEX and certifications.
  • Support compliance procedures related to certifications and other legal supportive procedures.
  • Administer fixed assets and handle OEA/CTPAT certifications.
  • Conduct virtual operations and ensure alignment with operative actions.
  • Ensure activities comply with QMS (ISO-9001 and IATF16949) and are aligned with the strategic direction of the organization.

What We're Looking For

 

  • Extensive experience in international business and customs.
  • Proficiency in inventory management, Annex 24 & 30, and Mexican Customs Regulations.
  • Effective communication skills and financial knowledge.
  • Knowledge of international legal trade and OEA/CTPAT certifications.
  • Proficiency in English.
