What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Ongoing support for the Purchasing Department – processing orders, negotiations, support for optimization and digitalization projects.
  • Collaboration with other departments to optimize purchasing processes.
  • Creating reports on company expenditures and the potential for optimizing the purchasing process in the area of indirect procurement.
  • Preparing and analyzing data for the Department’s tasks.

What We're Looking For

 

  • Student or graduate, preferred fields: Finance and Accounting, economics-related fields.
  • Proactive attitude and strong communication skills (both spoken and written) in Polish and English (other languages would be a plus).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team, open-minded approach.
  • Knowledge of SAP/SAP Ariba is a plus.
