The Impact You'll Make

As a Trainee Planner, Production, you will support the production planning team in their daily operational work and gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. Your contribution will help ensure smooth production flow, timely order execution, and effective cooperation between planning, logistics, and production teams.
This role is an excellent starting point for building a career in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the Production Planning team with daily planning activities

  • Cooperating closely with the production floor on a daily basis

  • Entering and maintaining data in planning systems (including SAP)

  • Supporting collaboration with logistics and customer service teams

  • Analyzing production data and supporting process improvements

  • Learning production planning processes in an international manufacturing environment

What We're Looking For

  • Student or graduate (technical, engineering, logistics, or related fields preferred)

  • No prior experience required – motivation and willingness to learn are key

  • Availability full-time

  • Very good Polish skills (daily cooperation with production teams)

  • Good English skills enabling smooth communication

  • Analytical mindset and good organizational skills

  • Readiness to work onsite, due to close daily cooperation with production
