What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the customer complaint process from the office in Grodzisk,
- Processing supplier complaints (preparing reports; analysis and shipment of claimed products),Analysis of electronic controllers – preparing reports,
- Analysis and assessment of 8D reports,
- Supporting engineers in product and supplier quality management processes,
- Supporting reporting through data analysis and preparation of charts.
What We're Looking For
- Student or graduate of technical studies,
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships,
- Very good level of Polish and communicative level of English (email and phone contact with internal departments and external partners),
- Proficiency in MS Office,
- Ability to read technical drawings,
- A background related to electronics is an advantage,
- Knowledge of basic tools (8D, Ishikawa, 5WHY) and quality standards is welcomed.
