These visits are tailored to visiting group, ensuring they connect with the relevant specialists and gain the insights that matter most to their business.


As a Visitor Coordinator, you’ll work behind the scenes to make this happen. You’ll collaborate closely with our visitor experience team, the sales teams and our subject matter experts to create targeted agendas, bring together the right people, and ensure every visit runs smoothly from start to finish. Your role is about orchestrating the experience, so customers leave with a clear understanding of how Danfoss can help them succeed.

You’ll have a genuine interest in creating tailored experiences that make every visit well-organised, relevant, and memorable

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Plan and coordinate customer visits, aligning objectives, agendas, and follow-ups with Visitor Experience team, Key Account Managers and Sales representatives
  • Identify and engage the right stakeholders to deliver targeted messages, building a strong internal and external network
  • Prepare visitor briefs so presenters and tour guides are well-informed and ready to deliver relevant content
  • Manage logistics – from meeting bookings to keeping the ADC calendar updated – ensuring processes are clear and accessible
  • Evaluate visits, track visitor statistics, and run satisfaction surveys to continuously improve the experience

What We're Looking For

 

  • Background in communication, business, marketing, or similar; alternatively, a well founded understanding of Danfoss gained through working experience is an advantage
  • Fluent English; German is an advantage
  • Strong organisation and coordination skills with attention to detail
  • Proactive approach with the ability to build relationships across teams and cultures
  • Interest in technical solutions and sustainability
  • Cultural awareness and understanding of the customer journey
