As our Warehouse Management Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations across North America. Your work will directly support our ability to deliver high‑quality
products, maintain strong inventory performance, and drive operational excellence.
You’ll partner closely with warehouse teams, customer service, sales, finance, IT, transportation, and compliance to elevate how we receive, ship, classify, and manage inventory. Your expertise will help us introduce smarter
tools, improve workflows, and create a more responsive and customer‑centric supply chain.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support warehouse personnel with inbound, outbound, and storage activities while ensuring accurate and timely inventory movements in SAP.
- Manage inventory controlling processes, including cycle counting across all DCS facilities in the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico, helping us balance financial accuracy with strong customer delivery performance.
- Serve as the liaison between warehouse teams, sales, customer service, and finance to resolve issues, align priorities, and maintain seamless daily operations.
- Act as a subject matter expert in SAP WMS, TMS, GTS, and emerging tools, helping test new systems, deploy updates, and drive adoption of automation and AI technologies.
- Create and maintain WMS setups, reports, KPIs, and dashboards; support regional and global warehouse projects; and assist with inbound shipments, warranty returns, and user training as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working in logistics or supply chain, ideally within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Strong skills in SAP Warehouse Management, with the ability to teach others and support system troubleshooting and configuration.
- Knowledge of transportation processes, including TMS and Bill of Lading creation, plus understanding of proper picking, packing, and preparation for domestic and international shipments.
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to evaluate issues, propose solutions, and communicate clearly across teams and levels.
- Technical aptitude and willingness to become the SME for WMS, TMS, GTS, and related tools; proficiency in MS Excel required.
- A collaborative mindset, strong customer service orientation, and comfort presenting information to groups of all sizes in English.

Compensation Data
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000-$85,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
