The Impact You'll Make

We are looking for a Working Student (f/m/d) to support our HR team starting immediately and ideally until 31 December 2026.


As a working student, you will work up to 20 hours per week with a schedule that accommodates your academic commitments. We offer fair compensation and the opportunity to gain your first hands‑on experience in a professional HR environment alongside your studies.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide general administrative support in our day‑to‑day HR operations
  • Maintain data in relevant HR and IT systems
  • Support (international) HR projects
  • Communicate with managers and employees
  • Prepare and update documents, reports and presentations

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (at least 3 semesters completed) or master’s studies in business, social sciences, psychology or related fields
  • Initial practical experience in HR is a plus
  • Careful, structured work style paired with strong organizational skills
  • High level of independence and sense of responsibility
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
  • Strong affinity for IT and willingness to learn new systems
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Teams, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Confident English skills and excellent German skills, both written and spoken
