The Impact You'll Make
Join us as Working Student (m/f/d) based in Hamburg or Offenbach to play a hands‑on role in Danfoss’ global One CRM transformation. Your work will directly support the quality and reliability of CRM data that teams across the business depend on every day.
You will help ensure that customer and account data is accurate, consistent, and ready for use after migration from legacy systems. This is a unique opportunity to work with real enterprise data and contribute to a large‑scale digital transformation in a global B2B organization.
Along the way, you will build practical experience in CRM systems, data analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration, while being supported by experienced colleagues who are invested in your learning and development.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support data validation and reconciliation after CRM objects are migrated from legacy systems to One CRM
- Analyze datasets to identify data quality issues such as missing, inconsistent, or incorrect information
- Prepare structured data files and templates to enable mass data correction activities
- Document data issues and root causes to support clear decision‑making by business and data owners
- Contribute to data quality reports and dashboards, working closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- You are currently enrolled as a student in Data Science, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering or another relevant course of study and will be enrolled for at least another six months
- You have an interest in data analysis, CRM systems, and digital transformation
- You are comfortable working with structured data and large datasets, especially in Excel
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with or motivation to learn Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Structured, detail‑oriented, and proactive way of working
- Clear communication skills, fluency in English in speaking and writing
