The Impact You'll Make
In this role, you will shape how a large Technology organization communicates, engages, and improves. You’ll help make complex topics – like DevOps, AI initiatives, and process improvements – clear, accessible, and meaningful to support a large and diverse internal stakeholder group.
You will build the backbone of our internal communication – ensuring the right people get the right information at the right time. Your work will directly improve visibility, alignment, and stakeholder experience.
This is a hands-on opportunity at our Graasten location to combine digital communication, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration while gaining experience in a global, tech-driven environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create and maintain clear, structured communication spaces (Guidebooks, FAQs, Teams channels, Viva Engage) so stakeholders can easily find what they need
- Turn complex technical or process-heavy input into simpler, engaging content such as updates, posts, and communication packages
- Support stakeholder engagement by mapping communication needs, maintaining overviews, and ensuring consistent updates across groups
- Design and run surveys and feedback loops (e.g., Employee Net Promoter Score, pulse checks), and translate results into actionable insights and “you said / we did” updates
- Track and improve communication performance using metrics (engagement, reach, feedback themes) and help build simple dashboards or reports
What We're Looking For
- You are studying Marketing, Communication, or a related field (mid/late Bachelor’s or Master’s) with at least 1 year remaining and availability to work ~20 hours per week
- You enjoy structuring and simplifying information, so it is clear, accessible, and useful for others
- You are motivated by improving communication through feedback and continuous learning
- You have a strong interest in digital communication and bring a data-driven mindset, with curiosity for metrics, surveys, and tools such as Excel or Power BI
- You are a proactive and service-minded team player who takes initiative and follows through on tasks independently
- You have strong written and spoken English skills and can adapt your communication to different audiences
What You'll Get from Us
- We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
- You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
- We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
- You’ll receive benefits like 13th salary, annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
