What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate customer requests independently and help us boost customer satisfaction

• Bring new ideas to improve our customer‑request reporting through market-specific tools

• Work closely with colleagues across departments to develop standards and processes related to Product Compliance

• Support our ongoing Product Compliance improvement initiatives

• Help adapt Group Compliance guidelines to the specific needs of our segment

What We're Looking For

•  You’re interested in ESG, sustainability and Product Compliance topics

•  You’re confident communicating in English — both spoken and written

•  You think analytically and enjoy solving practical problems

•  You communicate clearly, enjoy teamwork and connect easily with others

•  You work reliably and independently — especially when things need to move fast
