As our Commercial Order Coordinator, you will play a vital role in helping customers around the world receive the products they need when they need them. By ensuring accurate order management and clear communication, you will directly contribute to a positive customer experience and efficient business operations.
 
In this role, you will be a key connection point between Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Service teams. Your work will improve order visibility, support product availability, and help drive operational excellence across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring all order information is accurate, complete, and maintained within the ERP system.
  • Provide proactive support by communicating order status, resolving issues, expediting requests, and serving as a trusted contact for both internal and external customers.
  • Coordinate supply and inventory for resale products and spare parts by working closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams to support customer demand.
  • Support commercial activities through quotation preparation, shipment coordination, returns and credits processing, and order-related documentation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Buisness, or relevant field; OR, experience in customer service, order management, sales support, or related business functions, combined with an associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively work with customers and global cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, including strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive and customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement and the ability to work successfully both independently and as part of a team.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $55,000- $75,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
