As a Consultant, Finance & License IT Infrastructure, you will play a key role in strengthening our Infrastructure Operations by ensuring that every financial decision supports our long‑term technology strategy. Your work will directly influence how effectively we invest in IT infrastructure, optimize license and subscription costs, and maintain compliance. By enabling transparent financial operations and smarter cost utilization, you will help us continuously improve, innovate, and scale responsibly across the organization.a

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll take ownership of key financial and operational processes that ensure our IT infrastructure runs efficiently and cost‑effectively. You will:

  • Manage IT infrastructure budgets, monitor spending, and ensure cost optimization across systems.
  • Oversee software license and subscription management, ensuring compliance and minimizing legal or financial risks.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to review and improve vendor contracts and purchasing processes.
  • Create and manage purchase orders for infrastructure‑related acquisitions.
  • Process invoices, ensuring correct approvals, accurate allocations, and timely posting in SAP.
  • Track order deliveries and invoices to maintain alignment with budgets and purchase orders.
  • Lead regular financial reviews, providing insights on spending patterns, variance analysis, and forecasting accuracy to support data‑driven decision‑making.

You will continuously look for opportunities to improve processes, enhance visibility, and adopt smarter financial practices that support the growth of our IT ecosystem.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings both expertise and a growth mindset—an individual who is eager to keep learning, improving, and evolving with our technology landscape. You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree with atleast 3 years experince in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in financial management, ideally in IT or technology‑driven environments.
  • A solid understanding of IT infrastructure components and software licensing models.
  • Experience in procurement and vendor management.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and detail‑oriented capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in financial tools and SAP ERP systems.
  • Experience with Apptio (a plus, but not mandatory—willingness to learn is highly valued).
