As our Continuos Improvement Intern, you’ll play a key role in support operational activities, KPI tracking, and improvement initiatives within our operations area

What You’ll Be Doing

Track and analyze operational KPIs
• Support productivity actions and follow‑ups
• Participate in the implementation of improvement initiatives on the shop floor
• Support the progress of projects within the continuous improvement pipeline
• Prepare basic reports and data summaries using Excel
• Assist in developing dashboards or visual reports (Power BI desirable)
What We're Looking For
- Industrial EngineeringEngineering ManagementMechanical Administrative EngineeringAdministrative Engineering
- Active student in the final semesters
- Internship availability for 1.5 to 2 years
- Advanced English, able to hold conversations
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Power BI knowledge (desired but not required)
- Interest in operational improvement and data analysis
