Req ID:  49738
Job Location (Short):  Graasten, DNK | Vaasa, FIN
Employment Type:  Full Time
Segment:  Danfoss Power Electronics and Drives Segment
Job Category:  R&D, Technology and Engineering
Work Location Type:  Hybrid

The Impact You'll Make

As a Continuous Improvement Lead, you will enable data-driven improvement across development workflows at Danfoss Drives—helping teams deliver faster, with less friction and greater predictability. This is a matrix role without people management, where your impact comes through insight, facilitation, and measurable results.

You will turn process and delivery data into clear, actionable insights that teams can use to reduce lead time, improve flow efficiency, and sustain improvements in their everyday work.

By building a scalable way of working for continuous improvement, you will support our LEAP 2030 ambition, helping Danfoss Drives become a more digital and high-performing organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Analyse workflow data to map how workflows, identify bottlenecks, and quantify improvement potential.
  • Facilitate cross-team improvement initiatives by guiding root-cause analysis and ensuring actions lead to lasting change.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that make performance visible and support data-driven decisions.
  • Drive a prioritized improvement backlog by aligning stakeholders and delivering small, high-impact changes regularly.
  • Strengthen process data foundations by collaborating with tool owners to improve data quality and end-to-end visibility.

What We're Looking For

  • Hands-on experience with continuous improvement methods such as process mapping, root-cause analysis, and experimentation
  • Ability to work with operational data to understand workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Confidence in building dashboards or visualizations that guide decisions and drive action.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive outcomes in a matrix organization without formal authority.

What You'll Get from Us

You will join a collaborative, data-driven team focused on turning insight into tangible improvements that teams experience in their daily work.

You will have real ownership of how continuous improvement is enabled at scale—not through managing people, but by shaping systems, insights, and practices that help teams succeed.

This role is based in Vaasa (Finland) or Gråsten (Denmark), offering flexibility and strong collaboration across global teams.

Ready to Make a Difference?

If you enjoy combining data, process understanding, and facilitation—and want to help teams deliver better, faster, and with less friction—we’d love to hear from you.

Please apply with your CV in English. Even if you don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply—skills grow in the right environment.
